Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Please note that refunds are not allowed, except in cases where the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect. In such cases, a full refund will be processed after evaluation.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. If the product is confirmed to be defective or deficient, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (if eligible), and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If the merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws. Items must be returned in the same condition as received—unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
